1. Service Fees

All service payments are final once work has begun. This includes campaign setup, ad approvals, landing page development, etc.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel a service at any time.

• Cancellations must be requested in writing.

• No refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be approved if:

• No service work has started

• A technical issue on our side prevented delivery

• The refund request is made within 24 hours of payment

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Setup fees

• Domain purchases

• Third-party ad spend (e.g., Google, Facebook)
